You’ll find vegetal notes mingling with ripe red fruit, all underpinned by a touch of spice – likely thanks to the Touriga Nacional and the sturdy Alicante Bouschet. The mouthfeel is remarkably consistent, with acidity that dares to be a little challenging, and subtle mineral notes that would pair beautifully with a hearty beef roast.
