This Douro rosé from Quinta Maria Izabel is a delightfully surprising burst of freshness, born from the slate-rich slopes that give it a truly distinctive mineral character. Harvested in August, the grapes – primarily Aragonez, Tinta Francisca, and Touriga Nacional – were carefully nurtured to achieve their full potential. Gentle fermentation at low temperatures, coupled with extended skin contact, has resulted in a wine perfectly suited to seafood or a light summer salad.
