Maria Mansa Douro DOC. The Maria Mansa wine is produced by Quinta do Noval from grapes of the classic white varieties of the Douro, carefully selected from the highest zones of the Demarcated Region of the Douro, which are the most favourable for white wine production. Aging: 90% of the wine was aged in stainless‑steel tanks to preserve aromatic purity, while 10% was aged in used French oak barrels, with bâtonnage once a week for three months.
