Marquês de Borba The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and cooled. After a pre‑fermentative maceration, part of the grapes is fermented in marble vats and the rest in stainless‑steel tanks with temperature control. The wine ages for six months in half barrels of French and American oak, from the second and third vintages.
