Description

A nose that is very complex, featuring toasted walnut, plump plum, citrus zest, light floral notes, with a subtle, light volatile acidity and a faint hint of sweet meat. On the palate it is fresh, light and elegant, almost citrusy, with mild volatile acidity, fine sweetness and a very slight dry touch. The finish is delicate, with caramel, floral, citrus, a hint of exotic wood, and very light volatile acidity, remaining elegant and fresh. A charming wine, very light in expression yet very complex and young.
