This Messias Garrafeira Magnum is a little Atlantic drama bottled – literally! Crafted with a six-day “foot” (pessoal!) fermentation, the Baga grapes plumped up beautifully in French oak, delivering that signature resinous, cedar aroma so characteristic of the Bairrada. It’s a wine of serious structure, boasting a remarkable aging potential, and frankly, a salinity and iodine punch that’s utterly Bairrada. Seriously, it’s a fantastic match for shellfish or just for those who like a wine that needs a little time to reveal its secrets.
