Built from Arinto, Rabigato, Vinhas Velhas and a touch of Galego Dourado, it’s a wine that boldly eschews convention. The careful, hand-harvested grapes and cold-drying process amplify the complexity, while a 12-week batonnage has layered a wonderful array of nuances.
