Description

This Mingorra is clearly a winner, boasting a pale colour and a persistent fizz – earning it a well-deserved 17 points from Grandes Escolhas. It’s clear the winemaker has expertly coaxed the character from the Arinto, Aragonez, Antão Vaz, and Verdelho grapes. The careful fermentation at a cool 17°C in stainless steel has resulted in a wine with real presence. Perfect paired with freshly grilled fish or a hearty seafood platter.
