Description

Mingorra O Reserva Tinto from the Mingorra estate comes from a selection of grapes grown on three distinct plots: an old vine of Alicante Bouschet from the 1980s grafted onto Touriga Nacional in the early 2000s, and a Syrah block planted in 2005. The chosen varieties, among the most noble in Alentejo, Portugal, and the world, are the result of decades of experience and study on how they behave in the soils and climate of southern Alentejo. Vinification: Cold pre‑fermentative maceration, traditional maceration fermentation with a controlled temperature of 26 °C, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. Winemaker: Pedro Hipólito. Allergen information: Contains sulfites.
