Born on the frankly intimidating slopes of the Serra da Estrela, this M.O.B. is a fascinating project utilising ancient vines – a delightful patchwork between Seia and Gouveia. The backbone is a Jaen from Seia, promising a truly memorable experience. Fermentation in stainless steel keeps the fruit beautifully vibrant, while ageing in used oak barrels adds a welcome layer of complexity, perfect alongside a hearty beef dish or a mature, cured cheese.
