The late-night-harvested Petite Syrah grapes unveil a powerfully aromatic nose, with a prominent rosemary note – seemingly enjoying a spirited 48 hours of maceration in the cellar. Dark cherry and peppercorn nuances suggest a bold approach, beautifully tempered by eight months spent resting in oak. A robust wine, it truly shines with a hearty dish – venison or a classic beef stroganoff would be excellent pairings to balance its intensity.”
