Description

The Serrano Mira family has been associated with the creation of quality wines for countless generations. On their estates, clay amphorae dating from 1667, which were used as vessels for winemaking, have been preserved. The maternal great-grandfather of the current owners was one of the three founders and the first president of the Adega Cooperativa de Borba, CRL, one of the most promising wine cellars in the Alentejo. The Mira brothers followed the family's wine activities from a very young age and, over time, absorbed invaluable experiences that proved essential to the development of the Herdade das Servas project. Herdade das Servas is the birthplace of wines that reflect the history of a demarcated origin region that strongly expresses its distinctive characteristics and qualities.
