“Monte de Seda” from Herdade de Vale Barqueiros is a white wine promising a sophisticated experience. Crafted from a blend of Arinto and Antão Vaz, grown on granite Mediterranean soils and benefiting from the continental coolness of the Alentejo, this wine underwent careful, low-temperature inox fermentation. Head winemaker Mário Andrade assures us of a balanced wine – ideally paired with seafood or white fish, a truly elegant match.
