Monte São Sebastião white wine is made from Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Códega do Larinho grapes, sourced from a 30‑year‑old vineyard at 550 metres altitude in Murça. It presents a lively freshness, citrus fruit notes and a balanced acidity, making it an engaging wine that develops surprisingly on the palate. The Quinta do Monte São Sebastião, located in Murça, covers about 7 hectares, of which 4 are dedicated to vineyards while the remainder is used for secondary activities such as orchards, almond and olive trees. Today the estate not only continues its agricultural and winemaking activities but also hosts a hotel, integrated into the beautiful surroundings of the Quinta.
