Vinification: Grapes are hand‑picked, destemmed, and immediately crushed. Fermentation takes place in small‑capacity stainless‑steel tanks at around 28 °C. Controlled, gentle macerations are employed to produce elegant, aromatic wines. The wine then ages for 12 months in oak barrels.
