Morgadio da Calçada After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was performed at the picking table, followed by full clarification. The wine fermented in traditional granite vats and stainless‑steel tanks for 10 to 12 days, then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation took place.
