Description

The production of Moscatel, as a fortified wine, resembles that of Port wines, yielding sweet wines whose alcoholic fermentation is stopped by adding grape brandy. After a defined period of skin maceration, the Moscatel wine is placed in barrels for ageing and refining its profile, enriching its aromatics. These wines are made from the various Moscatel grape varieties, internationally renowned for their aromatic richness and concentration of natural sugars.
