This Moura Basto is a real burst of sunshine, echoing the lively market scene of the Vinho Verde region. You get that initial hit of citrus – think grapefruit and passionfruit – alongside a wonderfully zesty acidity, very much thanks to the Loureiro. There’s a subtle complexity too, brought in by the Trajadura grape. Absolutely brilliant with grilled white fish or a plate of fresh oysters – a truly refreshing pairing.
