This Musgo, hailing from the granite slopes of Dão, feels like it’s sprung straight from the rock itself. A blend of indigenous grapes – Bical, Arinto, and the ever-graceful Touriga Nacional – clearly a fan of a touch of sea salt. It garnered high praise from Grandes Escolhas (17.5 points!), and rightly so: it’s a vibrant, youthful wine with a pronounced mineral character that echoes the rocks at the foot of the Serra da Estrela. Wonderful with fresh fish or a good aged cheese.
