“This Muxagat Rosé, hailing from the Douro Superior, is a bold statement – a wine brimming with freshness and a distinctly vibrant personality, clearly influenced by the classic French rosés. Hand-harvested in September, the grapes from the Meda vineyard deliver a wonderfully refined acidity. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in both amphora and, surprisingly, used French oak barrels, it achieves a remarkable depth and a long, complex finish. Absolutely perfect with grilled fish or game.”
