The grapes, subjected to carefully controlled water stress, produced concentrated musts with exceptional acidity, hinting at remarkable longevity. In the glass, the deep ruby colour and violet hues announce a wine of considerable character – you’ll find floral notes alongside ripe cherry, with a surprising touch of mint and intriguing smoke. The palate is wonderfully round and spicy, remarkably balanced, finishing with impressive length and persistence.
