Ode Arinto Branco

Description

This Arinto is a wine that demands a little respect, frankly. Its vibrant acidity, stemming directly from the Arinto grape, plays beautifully with notes of pear and green apple, yet it’s lifted by a touch of mirabelle plum for a truly confident character. The ageing in 50% new French oak barrels certainly adds to its elegance, without ever obscuring the grape’s inherent personality. Seriously delicious with duck confit, or as a lighter pairing with a mushroom risotto and a soft cheese – a genuine pleasure!
