This Odelouca from Quinta do Francês is a sunshine-soaked delight – it’s as if the Algarve sun decided to have a very luxurious bath in the wine. Blended with Viognier, Arinto, and Verdelho, it bursts with floral and citrus aromas, underpinned by ripe white stone fruit. Remarkably fresh and vibrant on the palate, with a beautifully refined acidity, it’s utterly perfect alongside a grilled white fish with a squeeze of lemon – pure uncomplicated pleasure.
