Produced from the Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega do Larinho grape varieties, sourced from vines less than 20 years old, this wine partially ferments in French oak barrels and subsequently ages there. It is complex, blending citrus notes with the elegance of new wood essences. On the palate it reveals fine acidity, well‑balanced minerality and a long finish. The Odisseia Wines project was launched in 2004 with the first wines produced by founder Jean‑Hugues Gros, and it was in the Douro region that the potential of the terroir allowed it to develop a diverse range of elegant and versatile wines.
