This Odisseia Scylla Grande Reserva certainly seems to have had quite the eventful journey. The extended aging in 400-litre French oak barrels – stretching right through to February – suggests a wine with a story to tell. Blended with Viosinho, Códega and Rabigato, it’s hinting at some genuinely intriguing complexities, reminiscent of a turbulent sea. A perfect match for fresh seafood or a nicely grilled fish, wouldn’t you say?
