Vinification: Light pressing, decantation and cold fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks with controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle for 36 months, following the classic method, with manual riddling and disgorgement by cold action. The structure and complexity of the Original Baga Bruto Reserva sparkling wine are ideal for pairing with aged strong cheeses, meats and intensely flavored fish. Enology: Nuno Bastos.
