Página Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grown on a 1.49‑hectare vineyard within the Óbidos designation. The production places special emphasis on environmental and health issues, with the grapes sourced from vineyards certified under Integrated Production standards, resulting in a selected and concentrated lot. After 50 % of the batch is aged for five months in French oak barrels, the wine displays a lively salmon hue, elegant aromas of red fruit and a subtle toast. On the palate it offers crisp acidity, a pleasant body, and finishes with freshness and persistence. Quinta do Porto Nogueira was founded in 1738, in the first half of the eighteenth century, and remained in the same family’s hands until the second half of the twentieth century. The current owners acquired it in the early twenty‑first century. The 20 hectares of vineyards are planted on clay soils, marked by the natural microclimate of the foothills of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo and the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, about 20 km away. A dry‑farmed plot that delivers unique characteristics, unmatched freshness, and natural salinity, giving the wines a distinctive signature. (illustrative image)
