Pata Choca White is a distinct wine crafted from Arinto and Chardonnay grapes. It displays a clear, pale straw‑colored appearance. On the nose it offers a strong intensity of aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and tilia. On the palate it delivers a fruity, fresh taste with good body, a slight oily mouthfeel, and a very long finish. Headquartered in Sobral de Monte Agraço and founded by Diogo Zuzarte Martins, Adega Moor continues a family business that began in 1946 with the Zuzarte family. Known for their determination and hard work, they have cautiously invested over the decades, amassing around 200 hectares of their own vineyards in the Lisbon viticultural region of Alenquer, which supply part of Adega Moor’s production.
