Pegos Claros Winemaking: Manual harvest and transport in 20‑kg boxes. Direct pressing with whole clusters, using only the juice from the first presses. Partial fermentation in new French oak barrels (35%) and the remainder in stainless‑steel tanks. Aged on lees for six months; 35% of the wine was also aged in new French oak barrels. Sandy soil and a Mediterranean‑continental climate. Winemaker: Bernardo Cabral.
