Pegos Claros DOP Palmela. Produced from our oldest, century‑old vineyards, the grapes were crushed by hand on the very first day. Fermentation began partially, with a 40 % splash in the press. The wine ages for 12 months in 500‑ and 225‑liter French oak barrels, achieving superior elegance and complexity with a long finish. It has a pronounced gastronomic profile and excellent ageing potential. Harvest is manual, and the grapes are transported in small 20 kg crates. Enology by Bernardo Cabral.
