This Periquita is bursting with vibrant pink – as you’d expect. The aromas are immediately enticing, featuring ripe strawberries and lychee, complemented by a lovely honeyed sweetness. On the palate, it’s remarkably smooth, thanks to the Touriga Nacional’s finesse and the Aragonez’s underlying strength. Seriously, it’s a fantastic match for grilled fish or some fresh oysters – a timeless combination, really.
