Piano Grande Reserva Branco

Description

This Piano Grande Reserva certainly seems to have spent a little too long pondering its own reflection in a shadowy cellar. Rich notes of balsamic violet – hinting at a considerable intensity – rise alongside a colour edging towards black, interwoven with dense dark fruit flavours that appear to thrive alongside tobacco. The acidity, though present and refreshing, seems to resist being completely dominated by the land – a truly remarkable wine, ideally paired with a hearty bacalhau à Brás.
