You get rich notes of dark chocolate and cocoa, beautifully interwoven with that intense black fruit character, thanks to the Merlot, Syrah, and particularly a stunning Aragonez reminiscent of the legendary Tinta Francisca. It’s remarkably balanced, with incredibly smooth tannins and a refreshing acidity, lingering beautifully – perfect with grilled fish, I’d say.
