This Poças Fora da Série Acrobata is a delightfully audacious wine – the grapes, meticulously hand-picked, seem to perform a delicate dance during fermentation in stainless steel. Following a lengthy, undoubtedly passionate, aging in 300-litre French oak barrels, the lees leave a wonderfully unique texture, as if the wine itself has been choreographed before bottling. Absolutely perfect alongside a hearty black pork roast.
