Scoring 86 points with *Wine Enthusiast* certainly validates its elegance, showcasing a delightful interplay between the vibrancy of Douro grapes like Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional, and the wonderfully rich character imparted by the Tinto Cão oak ageing. Remarkably balanced and smooth, it’s a fantastic accompaniment to aged cheeses and, of course, a generous slab of Iberian ham.
