This Pontual from the Alentejo offers a wonderfully restrained expression, quite literally – it shows in the wine. Crafted with Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Verdelho, it’s been treated with meticulous care, including careful decanting and inox fermentation with batonnage, all maintained at the perfect temperature to retain freshness. The result is an elegant and well-structured white, ideally suited to pairing with grilled fish or oysters.
