This Portal da Azenha Branco clearly took a long, restful nap – it’s clearly benefited from slow fermentation and low temperatures. The result is a wine that’s meticulously building up subtle floral nuances, particularly reminiscent of the Malvasia Fina grown in the Bucalho region. Expect a vibrant acidity alongside those delicate aromas. Seriously refreshing with grilled fish or a summery fruit salad.
