This QM Vinho Verde is a remarkably contemplative sparkler, showcasing a producer clearly taking their time. The slow, temperature-controlled fermentation (12-16°C) hints at the complexity within, driven by the Alvarinho and Vinhão grapes and the distinctive terroir of Vinho Verde. A year of patient aging has resulted in a persistent perlage and an even more refined flavour – utterly delightful with fresh fish or seafood, a timeless pairing.
