QMF Vinification: The grapes were mechanically harvested and destemmed before pressing in a pneumatic press. The must was clarified by static settling for 30 hours, and the clear supernatant was decanted into a stainless‑steel tank where alcoholic fermentation proceeded at controlled temperature. To preserve a slightly restrained profile, fermentation was halted when the sugar content reached 6 g L⁻¹. Prior to bottling, the wine was stabilized and filtered.
