This Quanta Terra Grande Reserva, born from the granite plateaus of Alijó, feels like it stepped straight out of a vineyard fairytale. Celso Pereira and Jorge Alves, certainly kindred spirits, crafted this wine with the kind of passion and experience that only truly elevates a bottle. It’s a wonderfully decadent white, reminiscent of pear tart and apple compote, and awarded 91 points by *Revista de Vinhos*. Notes of cardamom and vanilla dance alongside a refreshing hint of mint and anise, all while showcasing the remarkable terroir and the interplay of its indigenous grapes. The texture is exceptionally fine – almost a seductive whisper – and pairs beautifully with roasted poultry or sheep’s cheese.
