This rosé from the Douro, apparently lauded by Robert Parker, certainly looks like it’s aiming for a relaxed evening. The colour hints at fresh raspberries, while the nose promises tropical notes that fully deliver on the palate. Ripe strawberry and raspberry dance with a refreshing quality – a fantastic match for grilled fish or a fruit salad, really.
