The Quilate Colheita red wine comes from a careful selection of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão and Tinta Barroca, fermented in centuries‑old granite vats with temperature control and hand‑crushed. For greater volume and complexity, it spends a brief period in French oak. It presents a bright ruby hue, intense aromas of ripe red fruit with sweet dark‑chocolate notes, and on the palate reveals character, good body, well‑tuned tannins and a persistent finish.
