Quinta da Boa Esperança A genuine wine, with great ageing potential, that takes us back to an old experience, crafted in harmony with nature and ancient wisdom. The vines that produce this regional red wine from Lisbon, Quinta da Boa Esperança, are planted in clay‑limestone soils. Harvest: 100 % manual for 15‑kg crates. Vinification: total destemming followed by pre‑fermentative maceration at 8 °C. Subsequent fermentation in a vat with a controlled temperature of 24 °C. Aging: 40 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 24 months in bottle. Pairing: meat dishes, seasoned fish dishes, cheeses, cured meats. Allergen information: Contains sulfites.
