Quinta da Boa Esperança A genuine wine with great aging potential that takes you back to an ancient experience, crafted in harmony with nature and traditional wisdom. The vines that produce this regional red wine from Lisbon, Quinta da Boa Esperança, grow in clay‑limestone soils. It is a blend of 50 % Syrah, 45 % Touriga Nacional and 5 % Alicante Bouschet. Harvest: 100 % manual, packed in 15‑kg crates. Vinification: Total destemming followed by pre‑fermentation maceration at 8 °C. The grapes were then fermented in a tank at a controlled 24 °C. Each variety was vinified separately. Aging: 90 % of the batch spent 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by 18 months in bottle. Pairing: Meats, seasoned fish dishes, cheeses, cured meats, chocolate desserts. Allergen information: Contains sulfites. SKU: 107437
