The Quinta da Cheira is located in the parish of Mazedo, and its first vineyard was planted in 1990 with the region's typical grape, Alvarinho. Production remains almost artisanal and deliberately limited in quantity, to emphasize the quality of the grapes and terroir. Consequently, the wines display a mineral structure, characteristic of the soil and mountainous region bathed by the river, as well as delicate fruit aromas.
