Quinta da Escusa is a blend crafted from our finest grapes of the Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Sousão, and Syrah, under the “Vinho Regional Tejo” designation (IGP – Indicação Geográfica Protegida). All grapes were harvested from our “Brejinhos” vineyard, located on Quinta da Escusa in the municipality of Rio Maior, Santarém district. We place special emphasis on environmental and health concerns. The “Brejinhos” vineyard is managed with sustainable practices and certified under the “Normas de Produção Integrada”. Soil maintenance focuses on erosion control and increasing organic matter, achieved by avoiding soil disturbance and using natural compost. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels selected from the finest cooperages. Bottling, labelling, and finishing are carried out at our own winery. Promotion valid until the end of June 2020.
