Built on the robust strength of Aragonez and the refined elegance of Touriga Nacional, it boasts a seriously concentrated flavour profile. Those initial violet notes deliver, balanced by a judicious use of oak that adds a wonderfully athletic texture – you can almost feel the muscle! – but thankfully tempered by the silky smoothness characteristic of the Dão region. Seriously, this would be fantastic with a good, grilled steak.
