Ferradosa Several lots of old vines over 50 years old. The grapes were hand‑crushed and fermented in traditional stone vats for 7 to 10 days at temperatures of 22° to 27°C. The wines are clarified and transferred to new 225‑liter French oak barrels from various cooperages (Taransaud, Seguin Moreau, Nadalié and François Fréres), where malolactic fermentation takes place. All the wines then age for an additional 15 months in French oak barrels (75 % new barrels and 25 % one‑year‑old barrels). The different batches from each fermentation are kept completely separate until the final blend, which is composed about a month before bottling. Allergen information Contains sulfites. SKU: 105634
