This rosé from Quinta da Plansel has clearly been taking its time to truly blossom. Crafted with Alfrocheiro and Aragonez – those Alentejo stalwarts steeped in local lore – it’s a refreshingly light and fruity affair, brimming with notes of fresh strawberries and a subtle herbaceous lift. Absolutely lovely with grilled fish or a summer salad, wouldn’t you say?
