Born in the heart of the Alentejo, this Selecta Reserva leans heavily on the classic Tinta Barroca and Aragonez – a testament to the region’s rich winemaking heritage. The careful harvest yields an initial burst of fruit, amplified by a lengthy 14-day fermentation in inox lagares. A year spent maturing in French oak from Burgundy adds a subtle layer of spice and velvety texture.
